Important Note to Service Customers
Astronics Test Systems has recently relocated the R8000 Service Center from Kilgore, Texas, to Orlando, Florida.
As part of this transition, all equipment requiring service must now be shipped to the Orlando, Florida, facility. Shipping instructions are provided via email when an RMA number is issued.
Please note that while the Service Center in Orlando is operational, the relocation and setup process has resulted in longer-than-normal turnaround times for calibration and repair services. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure a seamless experience moving forward.
